Our Exhibits 

Our current Exhibit is:
Big + Small,Tiny and Tall exhibit, 
as well as over 25 pieces of art from our manager Oils and Acrylics by Chelsea Lindner, on display through the end of April.

Do you have art that you think fits this subject matter? We do keep it open to interpretation.

Rules and Forms

ARTISTS' MEDIUMS EXHIBITING RULES:

 Art is accepted on a first come first serve basis and should not have shown at Artists' Mediums Inc. previously.

  Due to our public environment, ALL work must be “PG”

We prefer art  that is made with  the products that we sell.

 Our shows will be displayed for three months and are centered on a theme (see above).


Completed forms MUST accompany delivered artwork.

HANGING ART: All art must be ready to hang on the wall safely. (NO WIRELESS frames, if we are not confident in the safety of the hanging system - it will be refused.)

Depending on size and available space we will usually accept 3-5 pieces of hanging art. During our Gift Show, submissions are generally smaller and we may be able to accept more than usual.

CARDS: Card Space is limited.  There will only be 3 spaces (facings) on our rack per customer, no more than 10 cards total, allocated per artist, until the racks are full.   ALL CARDS must be labeled with the price, artist's name, and title/numbering system that correlates with the individual listings on the waiver form. In other words, each card must have it's own line on the waiver form.

3-D ART/ Jewelry etc: There is limited space available in our glass cabinets. Feel free to call and ask if the space is full yet.
  If your art can be handled by the public, then we can display this work on a shelf or table.
 We take a 30% commission. Money is paid to the artists only at show's end when artwork is picked up.

4.) ALL ART MUST HAVE an Artists' Mediums TAG that includes the artists name, price, and title (or number if there are several). If the art is a piece of jewelry or something very small, you can make a smaller tag, but it still has to be listed separately on your form, and contain the same information as you would find on a large tag.
If you do not have labels for cards or jewelry, we will ask you to return when you have them.

5.) Drop-offs /pick-ups need to be made during store hours, within one week of the beginning/end of each show. Please bear in mind that we are primarily a retail art store and must assist the shopping customers first and foremost.
We are not responsible for providing labels or filling out your paperwork, although we are glad to explain any parts you do not understand.

 (Please note that we do not have storage space to store artwork outside of the show dates. Artwork left 30 days past the end date of the show will be charged a $5.00 storage fee. Artwork left over 60 days past the show end date will be donated to a local charity.)

*All items in the GIFT show must be for sale.  We don't have a "theme" for this show, just think fun, affordable holiday gifts.  Have something unusual?  Ask us if you think it's a good fit!
After Thanksgiving our Christmas tree will go up, and we'll start displaying ornaments and and tiny art on the tree.
